• Prospect and sell into assigned commercial accounts, create and execute a robust sales strategy to penetrate into new accounts and expand into existing accounts

• Plan, execute and optimize sales activities and promotional campaigns to drive revenue growth and increase brand visibility in the Indonesian market
• Identify market trends, consumer behavior, competitor activities, analyze and monitor sales data, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities, new sales initiatives and promotional strategies to achieve company goals.
• Communicate the value proposition effectively through proposals, presentations and discussions with potential target customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing and Product Development to create promotional materials, compelling sales collateral, aligning dealer marketing initiatives with overall company goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including dealers, distributors and other strategic partners.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales and promotional activities, and provide recommendations for improvement.

• Defines and communicates the business’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets to junior sales personnel regularly. These goals align with the organization’s overall strategy and revenue objectives.
• Analyzing patterns in consumer behavior and market trends is essential.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers is critical. This includes understanding client needs and tailoring solutions to meet them.
• Providing direction to the sales organization by tying sales goals, pricing actions, and investments together. The focus is on maximizing relationship returns.
• Technical skills within sales and networking are crucial. The Head of Sales collaborates with other departments to identify opportunities and expand the client base
• Overseeing the Treasury Services budget, sales goals, and Profit & Loss (P&L) for the segment1. Demonstrated understanding of corporate banking business and market is essential
• Monitoring and evaluating sales performance using metrics such as conversion rates, deal size, and customer satisfaction

1. Bachelor degree Sales in any major
2. Min. 5 years work experience as Head of Sales in B2B segment or related field
3. Effective management skill and rational thinking skill
4. Communication skill and consultative selling skill
