Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab :

• Melakukan pengawasan pengendalian sesuai dengan standard operating procedure (SOP) perusahaan dan instruksi kerja(WI) yang digariskan perusahaan atau atas intruksi atasan untuk kepentingan perusahaan
• Melakukan komunikasi dengan baik ke pelanggan.
• Menangani keluhan pelanggan dengan baik, bersama-sama dengan service coordinator, supervisor, service manager, atau dengan branch manager.
• Merespon keluhan pelanggan maksimal 2 jam, sejak keluhan masuk dan melakukan tindakan langkah perbaikan maksimal 24 jam dari janji yang disepakati.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Agribusiness Operation Support to join our team. The Agribusiness Operation Support will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of our agribusiness activities. This position will work closely with the operations team and provide support in various operational aspects related to agribusiness.

What will you do but not limited to:

• Lead and inspire a team of farm workers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. 

• Explore and implement cutting-edge technologies and practices to optimize poultry production and harvest yields. 

• Experiment with new methods and techniques to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and lower operating costs. 

• Utilize data analytics and monitoring systems to track key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions. 

• Collaborate with vendors and research partners to identify and implement innovative solutions. 

• Oversee the collection and analysis of farming-related data, using insights to drive operational improvements. 

• Manage administrative tasks such as budgeting, invoicing, and procurement, with a focus on cost-effectiveness and sustainability. 

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, with a commitment to animal welfare and environmental stewardship. 

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or related field (preferred). 

• Proven experience with at least 5 years of experience in poultry farming operations, with a track record of implementing innovative solutions. 

• Passion for technology and a desire to explore and experiment with new ideas. 

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. 

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities for improvement. 

• Knowledge of best practices in poultry farming and a commitment to sustainability.

 The Head of Sales’s responsibilities includes developing key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets. Sales director duties will include hitting annual targets, building relationships, and understanding customer trends.

Responsibilities

·         Prepare and monitor monthly schedule and sales team performance.

·         Set sales goals, achieve the goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed

·         Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities to improve, and implement them.

·         Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations Understand category-specific landscapes and trends.

·         Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members.

·         Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.

·         Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed.

Requirements and skills

·         3-5 years of experience with proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.

·         Excellent knowledge of FX markets and products.

·         Previous experience as a sales executive or sales manager.

·         Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.

·         Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

·         Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.

·         Proven ability to position products against competitors.

·         Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions.
