Main Responsibilities for Sales Assistant

• Handle and maintain corporate secretarial matters.
• Execute legal and compliance team’s objectives and key results, including  Legal Manager’s initiatives.

• Bachelors degree in law from a reputable university
• Minimum 3 years' experience as legal officer/associate or corporate secretary staff in financial services/public company
• Good knowledge of fintech lending industry, multifinance, insurance, banking & finance, and/or general corporate 
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment
• Fluent English writing and speaking 
• Capable of working as both and individual or a team player 
• Good communication, negotiation
• Good analysis and critical thinking skills
• Self-motivated, with an ability to work under pressure and to manage multiple tasks
