Main responsibilities

1. Assist in managing the day-to-day financial operations, including preparing payments for bills, managing the cash book, and maintaining the petty cash box for daily expenses.
2. Record and reconcile outgoing expenses, ensuring accuracy and completeness in financial records.
3. Assist with financial reporting tasks, including preparing and analyzing financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and risk mitigation plans for the company's financial sustainability.
4. Monitor and evaluate the performance of our product sales to manage sale strategies and make recommendations for adjustments.
5. Conduct competitive market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
6. Collaborate with Finance & GA Manager to develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance and mitigate financial risk.
7. Support in fulfilling tax reports and other custom reports as required by regulatory authorities or internal stakeholders.
8. Provide support during external audits and tax filings, including coordinating with auditors and tax advisors as needed.
9. Stay updated on relevant accounting regulations, tax laws, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
10. Perform other finance and administrative tasks as assigned by the Finance & GA Manager to support the smooth functioning of the finance department and achieve organizational objectives.

This incumbent is responsible for designing and delivering the product/event experience for our customers in support of the Events Director. Through a strong understanding of market trends and customer needs he/she will develop the long-term Events design, through both responding to existing customer feedback and identifying new and innovative opportunities to improve the Events. He/she will lead the marketing and communications function for the shows. 1. Monitor front office personnel to ensure guests receive prompt, cordial attention and personal recognition
2. Supervise the Front Office team to ensure optimum occupancy and average room rate for the purpose of maximizing revenue
3. Monitor Front Office, and particularly Butler personnel, to ensure LCAH members are known, as well as repeat guests and other VIPs receive special attention and recognition

Main Responsibilities for Sales Assistant (Brand Pixie)

• Assist in providing the best customer experience, including speaking to guests and offering advice on color, fit, and silhouette to best suit their needs.
• Provide a seamless shopping experience and ensure that all merchandise are available in all colors, sizes, and quantities on the floor.

• Prepare and upkeep a clean shopping environment on the floor and at the fitting rooms.
