The Role

• Design the Event experience, ensuring a high level of delivery in support of the Event’s strategy and customer needs

Responsibilities

Finance & grant administration:

• Work with finance staff to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee compensation, including addressing pay/ expense-related questions or concerns; and supporting with tracking of invoices and monthly reconciliations

Office management and logistical support

• Support with office management/contracts with co-working spaces, meeting room bookings and other ad hoc office needs

• Maintaining Ember filing systems and supporting team with GDPR/data protection compliance

The Assistant Manager Supply Chain performs sales forecast planning (PSI planning), revenue recognition process control, logistic cost control, import/export handling, logistic scheduling, inventory management for product parts and accessories in a warehouse in line with the organizational strategy and guidelines. • Receiving and processing new stock, replenishments, returns, damages, and transfers, as well as support all stocktake exercises.
• Cashiering duties using the POS system to process payments.
• Work with the other pixie(s) to drive store sales performance under the direction of Lead Pixie.
• Working together with the Lead Pixie in ensuring daily sales target and store matrix are achieved (traffic, conversion, AOQ, AOV, ASP, etc).
• Deal with all issues that arise from our customers (complaints, grievances etc) in the best manner.

Requirements & Experiences :

• Female, Single, age 20 - 25 years old.
• 1 year experience in working as a retail store’s SPG/SA
• Good looking and fashionable
• Able to represent Love, Bonito’s unique proposition.
• Willing to be placed in any Love, Bonito’s chosen work location.
• Able to operate Ms. Word, Excel, Google Drive, and POS payment system.
• Able to get things done effectively and professionally.
• Trustworthy and take a great responsibility in fulfilling all the tasks given.
• Open to working various shifts and able to work 6 days a week (including weekends and public holidays). Weekends are where all the magic happens!
