The Assistant Director of Talent & Culture encompasses a wide range of responsibilities related to managing the human capital within the organization. As a Business Commercial and Partnership Lead, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing business strategies and establishing partnerships to drive growth and achieve business objectives.

What you will do but not limited to:

Partner Acquisition

• Identify potential business partners aligned with the company’s goals and target market.
• Develop and execute strategies to attract and onboard new partners
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for partnership development.

Negotiation and Deal Structuring

• Collaborate with Legal and Finance & Accounting team to structure and negotiate partnership agreement.
• Ensure the partnership agreements are mutually beneficial and aligned with the organization’s objectives.
• Manage and cultivate relationships with key business partners, including negotiations, contract agreements, and ongoing partnership management.

Relationship Management

• Foster strong relationships with existing partners to maximize revenue streams.
