Our Commercial Sales Team is an important driver of company revenue and growth. As an experienced and dynamic sales professional, you will be responsible for leading and driving sales engagements into assigned commercial accounts in Indonesia. Your Impact

• Prospect and sell into assigned commercial accounts, create and execute a robust sales strategy to penetrate into new accounts and expand into existing accounts
• Be the primary sales driver, managing a sales pipeline to deliver to quarterly/annual quota

• Deliver accurate weekly and quarterly forecast

Content Manager

Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Content Manager to oversee and enhance our content production process. This role requires a meticulous eye for detail, an excellent command of the English language, and the ability to present ideas effectively to clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of content, managing editorial corrections, and contributing innovative ideas to client projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Editorial Oversight: Review and correct editorial errors to maintain high content standards and ensure accuracy.
• Content Creativity: Generate and propose creative ideas for content development, continually enhancing client deliverables.
• Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, confidently presenting ideas and updates.
• Creative Development: Understand and apply principles of effective creative design, ensuring content aligns with client objectives.
• Project Coordination: Organize and manage shoots with our videographers, ensuring all aspects of production run smoothly and meet project deadlines.

• Exceptional command of the English language with a strong focus on grammar and style.
• Proven ability to generate and execute creative ideas.
• Experience in presenting and communicating effectively with clients.
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Understanding of creative processes and content creation best practices.

Salary: IDR 8.000.000 - 12.000.000 net / per month (based on skill test and interview)

Holiday calendar: Adjust to client

• To conduct feasibility studies and writing procurement reports
• Estimating and cost planning to include producing and presenting the final cost plan
• Tendering and procuring, including managing the pre-qualification stage, producing the tender list, putting the preliminaries together, tender analysis, producing the tender report and compiling the contractual documents
• Dealing effectively with post contract cost variances and the change control processes, where applicable referring major changes to line manager
• Responsibility for making cost checks and carrying out valuations on larger projects and in all cases ensuring that timely and accurate cost checking and valuation takes place
• Producing monthly post contract cost reports and presenting them to the client
• Inputting into value engineering.  Negotiating and agreeing final accounts
• Interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages
• Assisting in the production of bid documentation
• Identifying ways in which cost management procedures, templates and products can be improved and referring ideas to the appropriate line manager 
• Knowledge management – Ensuring that key information and learning generated from each commission is input into the internal database
• Financial management – Keeping track of the ongoing margin levels
• Process improvement – Identifying ways in which internal systems and processes can be improved and referring ideas to the appropriate line manager
