The Head Butler is responsible for leading the Raffles Jakarta Butler Team, continually striving to provide emotional luxury for all guests. Reporting to the Director of Guest Experience, Quality and Loyalty, this role encompasses the management of the Butler team, execution of managerial duties, and any other tasks assigned by the management. Additionally, the Head Butler is accountable for achieving established targets.
