The Chef de Partie – Commissary manages the Commissary kitchen, ensuring the preparation and production of high-quality and innovative dishes. With a keen eye for detail and creativity, the Chef de Partie - Commissary contributes to menu development, implements culinary techniques, and supervises a team of commissary cooks.

• Responsible for procurement life-cycle and vendor management for marketing, work equipment, IT assets and services, and various ready-made or custom materials and services
• Negotiate contracts with key suppliers, including costs and terms of supply, service, and quality while working with cross-functional stakeholders
• Develop, implement and manage an annual vendor review process and an ongoing vendor approval process
• Analyze spend to develop cost reduction road maps and strategies
• Work with the legal department to ensure contract terms are favorable to the company
• Manage vendor onboarding and verification, and ensure NDAs are set in place to protect company information
