• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other online advertising platforms.
• Develop creative briefs outlining campaign objectives, target audience, key messaging, and desired outcomes for each advertising platform.
• Monitor and adjust campaign budgets, bids, optimization, and targeting to achieve marketing goals.
• Analyze campaign performance data to identify insights and trends to make data-driven decisions.
• Generate regular reports and work with the BI team to create/improve dashboards to measure performance.

• A bachelor's degree from a reputable university, majoring in engineering, economics, business, or marketing, is a plus.
• 1-2 years of proven experience in managing Performance Marketing Campaigns.
• Demonstrates a solid willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
• Proficiency in using advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant tools for executing, managing, and optimizing marketing campaigns.
• Self-driven individual with a good sense of ownership & solid analytical thinking to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Experienced in setting up marketing measurement and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Appsflyer, and Firebase.
• A passion for creativity and content ideation is a plus.

6. Possess qualities of being professional, responsible to deadlines and discipline
7. It is a remote work, with 2 offline meetings/week at around 16:00-18:50 (location: Midplaza 2, Sudirman)

2. Implement SEO practices on website pages

• Maintain and oversee the daily targets for Plan Disbursement / Go Live and ensure adherence to committed SLAs.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and guidance to foster the development of Branch Operations skills and knowledge.

• Minimum a Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
• Proven experience in multifinance operations is essential.
• Thorough understanding of the multifinance industry, including knowledge of regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in credit processes and underwriting, including loan submission, documentation, policy analysis, approval analysis, and collateral security.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement efficient operational processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Keen attention to detail and strong interest in analyzing customer data.
• Highly responsible, with integrity, commitment, and discipline.
