- Provide direct support to the CSM Directors in ensuring high levels of service is provided to maximize Client sales and Retailer/panelists (Chain) acquisition, retention and maintenance in the GfK panel and contract renewals for Indonesia marketÂ
- Responsible to manage and grow new/existing set of accounts (HA clients) and manage group of accounts and portfolio of business within the Home and Living industry.Â
- Overall responsible for revenue generation/maintenance, overall client satisfaction/delight (Client NPS), relationship management and delivering exceptional insights, consulting and value to client.
Client Deliverables - Streamline and manage quality checks of final data, report and presentation before delivering to clients as final gate and check point based on industry and retail insights.
- Investigate and manage client escalation, relationships and impression on all data, report and insights while staying true to GfK standards and credibility with client/industry.
- Collaborate with regional team to execute global and regional account services priorities and adhere to one GfK standards globally and regionally.

- Strengthen relationship with peers and other functions and steer as senior leadership member of Indonesia business (must be able to collaborate and work as one team for wider business)
- Develop and manage team from talent recruitment, development and management. Act as cultural change agent to drive progressive and agile management in workplace.
- Work smoothly with teams, peers and other functions, building strong relationships, and making an impact for business (must be able to collaborate and work as one team for wider business incl. regional and global teams)
- Develop and manage a lean team from talent attraction, management and development and have strong business ethic and integrity managing the business streams in the Indonesia.

Skills required
- Standard office packs, GfK systems (willingness to learn) and previous retail experience on retail/POS report construct (experience in retail/brand background).
- Sound analytical and problem solving skills (be the solution and not the problem). Able to deliver compelling and insightful presentations to clients and showcase client-value.
- Excellent networking, sales and negotiation skills.
- Digitally savvy, and keen to maintain GfK brand and point of view at major social networks (i.e. LinkedIn). Scout for opportunities in industry speaking/seminars.
- Must have great soft skills to be able to relate to different retailer segments and their top contacts. Being street-smart and able to hustle when needed.
- Must be fluent in both written and spoken English Â
