About the Role

The Head of Digital Marketing is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, consumer engagement, and sales growth across various online channels

Job Description:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company’s overall business goals and objective.
• Lead the digital marketing team, ensuring alignment and collaboration across affiliate marketing, KOL management, and ads execution.
• Optimize ads campaigns to maximize ROI by focusing on key metrics like CTR, CPA, and ROAS
• Develop and manage affiliate programs, KOL ainfluencersnd influencer to drive sales growth in various digital platforms: social media, marketplace, and other platforms.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
• 8 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven background experience in FMCG, retails, or e-commerce
• Proven track record in managing affiliate marketing, influencer campaigns, and paid digital ads.
• Strong understanding of key performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze large sets of data and make informed decisions
