During this 6 months internship you will have the opportunities:

• To learn and support plan, execution, and pivot growth experiments on online re-commerce business especially in direct to customer sales strategies
• Be responsible for the daily updates of business performances tracker
• Measure and analyze performances of business funnel and other tracker to help business team to have a full view on business performance
• Working closely with Product team to assist on going or future product development needed based on each business units needs and learnings
• Working with the different teams from product, marketing, customer support, legal, finance sales and operation

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy that aligns with the company’s overall goals and objectives
2. Lead and manage all aspects of the go-to-market project, including timelines, budgets, and resources. Ensure that the project stays on track and meets its milestones
3. Collaborate across departments such as product and tech, marketing, and operations to ensure a seamless launch process
4. Conduct market research to identify target audiences, competition, and trends. Use this information to refine the GTM strategy
5. Provide sales teams with the necessary tools, training, and materials to effectively sell the product or service
6. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the project and regularly report on progress to senior management
7. Identify potential risks and challenges on the project  and develop contingency plan to mitigate them

Category Management:

Own the P&L of a certain category (or a portfolio of categories) which includes:

(1) Product Mix: Make targeted but substantial assortment selections and regularly reimagine assortment mix to stay aligned with buyer's needs.

(2) Maximising Margin: Gain a deeper understanding of customer requirements to deliver an appropriate assortment at lower cost while increasing variety and value.

(3) Category Strategy: Understand market landscape in each category, what are the specific sutomer segments targeted, the positioning of different brands and their market share. Gain insights on wher and how to play for each category (e.g., Private Labeling: Maximize margin by identifiying assortments that can be converted to high-margin private-label subsitutes. Enter new categories, expand margins without raising prices, and create competitive advantages and pricing protection by offering unique products that can’t be shopped around)

(4) Supply Management: segment suppliers, using category insights and analytics to develop a clear fact base supply strategy and boost negotiation leverage.

• Provide weekly and monthly report of progress sales program to Commercial Unit (CU) Leadership Team for supporting next business decision making and strategic planning.
• Collaborate with marketing and Regional Sales Manager (RSM)'s in executing channel campaign strategy or sales program to channel distribution.
• Analyze the effectiveness of the channel campaign or sales program.

Accountabilities

• To check, analyze and improve program effectiveness with Channel Operation Manager and RSMs and coordinates with other functions to maximize sales.
• Helps key channel partners to better engage with Syngenta by implementing services based on segmentation.
• Ensure all the rebate program are well managed in channels to support CU's target.  Work with Account Executives to provide periodic rebate achievement report in all channels involved.
• Manage and monitor the effectiveness of all rebate program and provides support needed.
• Offer occasional service & sales campaign to key channel partners.

• Experience: min 2 Year as a IT Project Manager or Underwriting Analyst or Insurance Project Officer
• Experience in Insurance or Banking Industry is a plus
• Bachelor from Technology Infomation/ Management/ System Information/ Economy
• Experience with Life Insurance, Group Insurance, Project Management Methodology or SDLC and Bug Fixing
• Experience with digitalization process
• English competency is a plus

Key accountabilities cover :
