Job Summary:

The Brand Executive for Sampoerna University is a pivotal role responsible for shaping and executing marketing strategies that drive brand recognition and business growth. This position involves developing comprehensive go-to-market strategies, monitoring brand performance, and leading initiatives to enhance the university's market presence. The Brand Executive will ensure that all marketing activities are aligned with the university’s strategic goals and brand vision.

• Strategy Development:
• • Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies for the Sampoerna University business unit.
  • Design and execute marketing plans that drive brand awareness and align with business objectives.
• Performance Monitoring:
• • Track, analyze, and report on brand metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and activities (MQL/Student Body)
  • Adjust strategies based on performance data to enhance brand impact and achieve business goals.
• Brand Enhancement:
• • Lead initiatives to increase brand recognition and strengthen the university's market position.
  • Develop creative campaigns and promotional activities that resonate with target audiences.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• • Work closely with Sales, Faculty and all SU-related departments to align marketing activities with strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with channel marketing teams to drive impactful outcomes and ensure cohesive execution of marketing plans.
• Campaign Management:
• • Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with brand standards and business goals.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed to support campaign efforts.

1. Developing and implementing standardized sales operation procedures and best practices to ensure consistent and high-quality sales performance alignment;
2. Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation of sales operation procedures, policies, and guidelines;
3. Monitoring and following up on sales performance data to related stakeholders;
4. Working closely with the sales team to provide support, training, and guidance on sales processes and operational standards;
5. Collaborating with a cross-functional team, including the legal team, finance team, and admins to align sales operations with organizational objectives;
6. Conducting regular audits of sales operations to ensure compliance with established standards and identify opportunities for enhancement or improvement; and
7. Reporting sales performance data summary regularly.

• Answer incoming phone calls in a pleasant manner using Hotel’s telephone etiquette guidelines. Handle telephone enquiries according to departmental procedure
• Coordinate all group arrangements
• Work with group contacts to facilitate program planning and requirements
• Communicate group needs and specifications to all relevant departments
• Follow up with Post-Conference reports and review group billings
• Input all group bookings and update booking activities in the system on a weekly basis
• Prepare reports, maintain proper records and filing system in accordance to hotel’s sales administration process
• Maintain gifts inventory and coordinate the sending of gifts to clients
• Arrange site inspections for potential clients
• Promote positive relations with clients and attend to all requests expediently and courteously
• Acknowledge and handle clients’ complaints and comments tactfully and efficiently. Report incidents or other irregularities to management

5. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and assess potential risks.

6. Problem-solving skills to address HSE issues effectively.

7. Proficient in using HSE software and tools.

RESPONSIBITIES :

1. Provide HSE induction, HSE training and orientation to employees and contractors to enhance safety awareness and best practices.

2. Field checks for HSE compliance, conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with HSE regulations.

3. Construction support, Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and prepare comprehensive reports with recommendations for preventive measures.

4. Liaise with relevant regulatory authorities and participate in HSE-related meetings and forums.

Position Purpose:

You are your own leader, creating a compelling vision and communicating with style and charisma. You will be responsible for executing and achieving net sales targets in accordance to brands objectives and goals. Under your leadership, you build a team of high performance individuals to achieve and excel sales growth. As the Key Account Manager, you manage the sell in (net sales) and support brand related function of the business. The Key Account Manager is a point of contact and responsible for building / maintaining strong professional relationships with the Principal and Customers, handle distribution of the brand or set of brands within assigned outlets and ensuring visibility and delivering high quality customer service to the existing and potential clients. You will be the key person and a bridge between the brand and the retail team, also responsible for the collection of receivables and are the key source of information for movement of goods/brand and as one of the responsibilities is to bring back market feedback across both functions.

What we want you to do...

• Know at all time levels of sales versus LY versus Target for Brands-group (sell-in) and to share this during monthly sales and marketing Meeting.
• Manage the sell-in (net sales) and support brand-related function of the business.
• Must be able to identify and call out any risk early and propose backup or next action plans.
• Plan and execute monthly sell-in according to marketing calendar.
• Plan with the Marketing team and execute activities at floor level to achieve Brands objectives wholesales & inventory.
• Prepare monthly & promotional BITA (new and replenishment).
• Close Teamwork with Retail Ops Team to ensure smooth sales operations on selling floor.
• Provide proposals, suggestions to Mktg on all sales & inventory-related matters.
• Create and maintain good rapport/relationship with retailers/vendors, beauty advisors, supervisors and understand the store’s operation process.
• Ensure timely launches of new products with updated VM support.
• To look out for the white space opportunity to share with brand teams for potential brand development or growth.
• Analyze and discuss with Retail Ops Team on a monthly basis of stock inventory holding (days) and action plans to minimize it.
• Plan and Execute Pop Ups and Clearances with support from Retail Ops and Brand Teams.
• Together with Retail Ops team, to meet up with key retailers/buyers to review sell-in and sell-out on a quarterly basis.
• To propose action plans to Head of Sales and review quarterly sales and risk.

Key Result / Measures:

• Achieve Brand Sales targets (net) and ensuring growth for brands.
• Manage all brands under your care to meet brand KPIs.
• Inventory Management by ensuring right assortment based on turnover.
• Achieve Brand / Company CRM target and Known Customer %.

• Have a tertiary qualification or equivalent combination of relevant working experience that will allow the successful performance of job expectations.
• At least 3-5 years working experience. Prior experience in the fragrance or beauty business will be an added advantage.

• Team leader willing to share and transfer knowledge.
• Preferably having a proven track record in managing and supervising subordinates.

• Mengelola administrasi kepegawaian sesuai ketentuan.
• Melaksanakan program kesejahteraan dengan tepat
• Melakukan tugas-tugas operasional sumber daya manusia sesuai kebutuhan

• Memonitor dan bertanggungjawab atas kelancaran kegiatan yang Building & Maintenance.
• Memastikan kelayakan bangunan, baik head office maupun kantor cabang/regional/pool.
• Memastikan pengadministrasian terhadap hal-hal yang terkait dengan pemeliharaan bangunan kantor dan yang berhubungan dengan building dan ME maupun jaringan data/telp.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) companies.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase hotel revenue, including room sales, meeting packages, events, and catering services.
• Assist in the creation and implementation of sales plans, ensuring alignment with hotel goals and market trends.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets as set by the management.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contract negotiations in the CRM system.
• Prepare reports and forecasts as required by management.

• Melakukan presentasi dan negosiasi kepada tenant dan calon tenant untuk mencapai target
• Menyusun database tenant dan calon tenant
• Membuat laporan sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan standar departemen
• Membina hubungan baik dengan calon tenant, tenant, dan exhibitor
