Requirements

● Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance Management/Business Management or relevant field.

● At least 5 years of work experience in related area (experience in telco industries is preferred)

● Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and partners.

● Creative thinking and a keenness to offer innovative solutions.

● Have strong ability and willingness to learn about the telco industry, even if prior knowledge is not a prerequisite

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and marketing analytics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Position Overview:

• Lead PR & Digital aspect in Indonesia physically under guidance of Country Manager, Regional & Local Brand team.
• Be a strong partner to Brand Team in driving our offline and online business for e-retailers.
• Ensuring all PR & digital planned activities able to drive traffic to stores or retail. Being aligned with collective KPI and goals by working with Marketing Team to organize PR/KOL events and Trade events (Beauty Classes, CRM events) for key campaigns to achieve overall campaign goals.
• Liaise with colleagues across multiple departments from sales to marketing to contribute ideas for improving brand's voice and online presence.
• Compile marketing reports which include post event recaps and campaign launch analysis in the PR & Digital aspect

Responsibilities:

Public Relations

• Responsible for creating strategy, implementation, and analysis of ATL Digital placement to increase brand awareness and strengthen the brands’ image as an international brand as well as increasing purchase intentions at e-commerce and at the counters.
• Driving PR results by creating & executing PR projects and initiatives locally based on budget.
• Responsible for planning and implementing PR campaigns in line with marketing calendar and business goals.
• Plan and execute PR launch events or in-store events for KOL/ Media/ Consumers in order to create brand image and brand awareness.
• Ensure the development of a strong relationship with top KOLS and media partners for earned media coverage.
• Work across internal teams to collaborate on creative ideas, online strategy and PR opportunities.
• Drive special PR sends & press releases for new launches and campaigns - PR stock ordering, packing, and seeding out.
• Regularly research, source, identify relevant partners/influencers/KOLs for campaign launches, maintain good relationship with KOLs to help achieve brand love and alleviate overall brand image through earned content creation.
• Researching beauty trends, competitor behavior and emerging media in order to innovate.
• Be the main contact point in planning, managing, actively involving, and attending marketing events.
• Create integrated plans to support communication and promotional activities from the brands.

Digital

• Responsible for creating the brands’ digital asset accounts and maximizing the potential and use of these digital assets.
• Plan, source and evaluate content for multiple social media platforms.
• Manage and execute planning, creative and budgets for paid social media campaigns.
• Support/develop social media content strategy to increase social reach and engagement.
• Execution of digital ad buy for social media Ads Manager platform.
• Grow brand visibility on our e-retailers’ website including shaping star product launch plans with retailer’s digital team, establish the annual action plan, monitor brand presence and visibility on site and social media, increase brand reach on retailers' digital channels.
• Use search and insight tools to support campaigns.

E-Retailers/E-commerce

• Work with E-comm team to execute media buys for Sephora/Lazada collaboration ads and investment.
• Work with E-comm team for creation of digital assets for mega campaigns.
• Identify KOLs to push for mega retail campaigns and livestreams, if needed
• Oversee e-retailers livestreams to drive platform sales.

• Having experience in managing offline events or activations, such as brand launching, etc.
• Min. bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications or any related
• Min. 5 years building cross platform digital marketing programs and public relations; beauty industry experience is preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal communication & presentation skills
• Strategic, creative thinker with the ability to turn ideas into holistic content programs.
• Have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
• Have a flexible and professional attitude.
• Strong attention to detail, organized and good management skills.
• Ability to work well with different stakeholders across organizations.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience leading and executing social media strategy across social media.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
• Familiar with CPAS (Collaboration Performance Advertising Solution) and budgeting will be an advantage.

• Manage the operations of all e-commerce platforms via respective enablers, for Bosch Home official stores including execution of promotions and campaigns, order fulfilment, customer experience, product listings and other operational activities
• Manage customers’ inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner i.e., via creating appropriate chat responses for enablers or other form of communication

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to monitor and analyze competitors’ activations and promotions at online and offline channels.
• Management & training of e-Commerce enabler/ reseller in (content management, order fulfillment, customer service, campaign design marketing and e-Commerce maintenance).

• Serve as the key business partner working together with management and other departments to drive business initiatives towards identification, implementation, and to deliver key operational efficiencies
• Manage daily financial activities as well as financial resource planning, forecasting, and budget control. 
• Strategically plan and monitor annual financial budget/forecast, capital expenditures, liquidity, and funding to ensure optimal working capital and to mitigate financial risks
• Monitor financial performance against strategic goals by providing financial forecasts, reviews, and analysis. Address forecast deviations and potential financial challenges in order to ensure company is on track with budget
• Close collaboration with Sales department to prepare weekly turnover report together with Sales department in order to ensure Company on track with plan / forecasts topline
• Driving the financial performance through proactively providing and analyzing management information, identifying any issues in the business, developing options, and implementing solutions to improve performance
• Oversee and manage daily operation in finance, accounting, and tax to ensure compliance, accuracy, and completeness of accounting records and reports
