The Sales Operations Executive will primarily support a Sales team, who could be selling multiple brands/products across regions. The role will drive consistency and quality in the Sales teams and act as a key link between the Sales function and the events team. What you will be doing:

• Proactively looking for business through telemarketing and sales calls.
• Act as a main resource for FB reservation agents needing assistance technically or with regards to achieving customer satisfaction.
• Responds to all guest reservation request and executes prompt, courteous and accurate guest service at all times.
