Helping Team to carry out the repair or preventive maintenance of all equipment in the property, act as a team leader among the technician, give instruction or guidance to execute the job.

• Take immediate action for all out of order / not functions equipment which effect to the operations or affect the member comfort even if it is needed longer hours to fix until done.
• In charge of maintaining all equipment in the property, take daily, weekly and monthly check of all equipment.

• Completes jobs as per job cards for the Preventive Maintenance Program.
