2. Pengalaman 2 tahun sebagai Sales Horeca

5. Mampu bekerja secara mandiri & kerjasama dengan team.

6. Memiliki keterampilan presentasi yang baik dan mampu menyampaikan informasi produk dengan jelas.

7. Kemampuan analitis dan pemecahan masalah.

8. Memiliki kendaraan pribadi & mempunyai SIM yang berlaku.

Tanggung Jawab :

1. Mengindentifikasi & menjangkau calon pelanggan baru di sektor HORECA

2. Menyusun strategi penjualan yang efektif untuk menarik pelanggan baru dan memperluas pangsa pasar.

3. Melakukan presentasi produk dan demonstrasi kepada calon pelanggan.

4. Memantau tren pasar dan mengidentifikasi peluang pertumbuhan pasar.

5. Menyusun laporan penjualan dan memberikan feedback kepada manajemen

6. Berkolaborasi dengan team pemasaran untuk merancang promosi dan kampanye yang efektif.

Job Responsibilities

• Market Experimentation
  Reach out to different potential clients and find out about their pain points to see where our product stands.
• Market Awareness
  Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats, ensuring our product remains competitive.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, marketing, and customer support to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
• User-Centric Approach with Integration
  Champion a user-centric approach to product development, gathering user feedback and conducting usability testing to inform decision-making. Availability to visit our potential client site is a must. Able to ideate short-term and long-term goals of a user’s problem and manage their expectations.
• Product Metric Tracking (Data Driven)
  Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyze product metrics to measure the success of the B2B application.
• Release Management
  Plan and oversee product releases, coordinating with development teams to ensure on-time delivery of new features and updates.
• Continuous Improvement
  Continuously iterate and improve the application based on user feedback, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Stakeholder Communication & Management
  Communicate product updates, progress, and strategy to stakeholders at all levels of the organization and external users.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• Around 2+ years of experience in Digital Product Design.
• Task prioritization given constraint.
• Proven experience as a Digital Product Manager with a focus on B2B applications (Web app & mobile).
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with product management tools and analytics platforms.
• A track record of successfully delivering digital products both 0-1 and 1-10 that meet or exceed user expectations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Able to convey information to team through graph, diagram, and LoFi Design
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
