Sales Manager

- Prepare and execute creative sales strategies to source, drive and grow our revenues from your managed accounts.

- We’ll look to you to build up account management plans, making sure you’re “in the know” on the latest market news and competitor insights too.
- Solicit group, transient and/or banquet business, and reach consistent achievement of sales objectives
- Establish parameters, quotes and negotiate prices and seal contracts
- Maintain accounts, contact, activity and business details

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Architect to join our team. As an Architect, you will play a vital role in designing, developing, and overseeing the implementation of innovative products and solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate has a strong background in architectural design, architect or and interior designer.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and develop new building products or improve existing ones. This involves creating sketches, 3D Models, and renderings to visualize design concepts
• Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for building products using CAD software
• Conduct research on various materials and their applications in building product design
• Oversee the creation of physical prototypes for new building products and coordinate testing to validate design integrity, functionality, and safety
• Have and understanding of cost-effectiveness as a goal in the design process
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, manufacturers, suppliers, and marketing teams, to ensure seamless product development and successful product launches.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet design objectives and market demands

• Bachelor's degree or master's degree in Architecture or related field is essential to understand the principles of building design and construction
• 2-3 years of experience in architectural designer, architect, or designing building products, such as building materials, fittings, or interior elements, is highly desirable
• Strong skills in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software like AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools to create detailed drawings and technical specifications for building products
• Understanding different materials, their properties, and suitability for specific building applications is crucial in product design
• Ability to create physical prototypes and conduct testing to validate the functionality and performance of the building products
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices and the ability to incorporate eco-friendly elements into building products
• Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential for working with architects, engineers, manufacturers, and other stakeholders to bring the products to market
