As a social media manager for all things social media, you will help lead, build, and execute the social and engagement strategy, initiatives, and projects that connect products and services to users through relevant social media touchpoints. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies while managing initiatives across B2C, B2B,  and Brand. You have your hands on the pulse of the internet and social media culture and are able to connect it with the world's largest technology company’s products and services. 

You would be working closely with respective country social lead and product marketing managers to drive advocacy and brand love on Social. In order to achieve this, you will need to use data-driven insights collected from various touchpoints - especially social listening - to inspire and improve the effectiveness of all social efforts: from always-on content, socially-led campaigns and influencer activations. Your ability to add a strategic lens to solve complex problems and manage multiple projects and stakeholders, combined with creative thinking, is paramount to the role. Role:

• Develop and manage social marketing activities for the country: always-on content, campaigns and influencer programs that drive results depending on the goal of product and services activations.

As the Social Media Manager (Indonesia), you will help build and execute the social media strategy, initiatives and projects for the world's largest technology company. Working with the Regional Program Manager, you will support all things social — from always-on content and social-led campaigns to influencer activations and digital event amplification — by leading the day-to-day operations as well as content development and community management for the Southeast Asia channels (Singapore, Indonesia).

As a social media marketer, a project manager and a community manager working with multiple markets, you will wear many hats; thus, the ability to pivot quickly and effectively is critical to this role. Position Overview:

• Lead PR & Digital aspect in Indonesia physically under guidance of Country Manager, Regional & Local Brand team.

 Media Competencies

• Oversee a portfolio of digital media clients, with a focus on strategic vision, team management, process refinement, and financial administration
• Manage all projects to ensure the highest level of quality assurance, performance and innovation
• Steward client interest in the areas of tracking and delivering measurable results and analytics, market knowledge, and audience insights
• Promote when appropriate, the use of other agency services - research, technology, creative, etc. - in executing the media campaigns and cohesive programs
• Stay well versed in new technologies and trends in order to apply them strategically to the client’s business as well as proactively construct business-building ideas

 Relationship Development

• Work collaboratively in planning sessions regarding client strategy and approach, providing leadership, consultation and acting as a voice for digital media
• Establish and manage relationships with senior media clients as well as be a key agency contact and resource for clients across other disciplines/departments
• Partner with other brand agency leads to deliver unified cross-platform strategies and ideas
• Collaborate with agency cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive business solutions and strategies
• Manages workflow, efficient and profitable servicing of clients, staffing levels, fosters healthy team structure, team assignments

 Financial Competencies

• Manage and oversee monthly and end-of-campaign client billing, digital media budget reconciliations

This incumbent is responsible for designing and delivering the product/event experience for our customers in support of the Events Director. Through a strong understanding of market trends and customer needs he/she will develop the long-term Events design, through both responding to existing customer feedback and identifying new and innovative opportunities to improve the Events. He/she will lead the marketing and communications function for the shows. He / she will support the management of the P&L of an Event, managing marketing budgets, optimizing campaign performance, and enhancing/discovering new strategies to effectively reach the target customer segments. Working alongside Sales, Marketing and Operations, he/she will ensure all elements are aligned to create a successful Events. He/she will oversee the Events floorplan, managing the positioning and strategic decisions as the point of contact for all involved parties.   

• Design the Event experience, ensuring a high level of delivery in support of the Event’s strategy and customer needs
• Develop and improve the customer experience at each Event, ensuring feedback is collated and incorporated
• Develop the longer term Event design alongside the Events Director, using both customer feedback and innovative thought to develop and maintain the Brand as a market leader
