ROLE SUMMARY:

The Sales Operations Executive will primarily support a Sales team, who could be selling multiple brands/products across regions. Main Responsibilities for Sales Assistant (Brand Ambassador)

• Assist in providing the best customer experience, including speaking to guests and offering advice on color, fit, and silhouette to best suit their needs.
• Provide a seamless shopping experience and ensure that all merchandise are available in all colors, sizes, and quantities on the floor.

• Prepare and upkeep a clean shopping environment on the floor and at the fitting rooms.

• Receiving and processing new stock, replenishments, returns, damages, and transfers, as well as support all stocktake exercises.
• Cashiering duties using the POS system to process payments.

Requirements & Qualifications :

• Female, minimum 18 years old (students are welcome!)
• Good working knowledge of Ms. Word, Excel, Google Drive, and POS payment system.
• Ability to communicate in English is preferred (expected to have foreign tourists in our store!).
• Able to represent Love, Bonito’s unique proposition.
• Able to get things done effectively and professionally.
• Trustworthy and take a great responsibility in fulfilling all the tasks given.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively with various teams.
• Able for work duration of 6 months, with minimum 30 & maximum 40 hours per week.
• Have to work at least 1 day on weekend.

• Represent Wall Street English brand by adhering to corporate identity.
• Sell the WSE language course to prospective members using the WSE sales methodology
• Engage and communicate with guests and/or potential customers.
• Deliver prepared communication or conversation that describe WSE product or services, in order to persuade prospects or potential customers and gain their trust to come to Wall Street English centres.
• Build and develop a good relationship with the guests.
• Go above-and-beyond to reach individual and team's target.
• Training days will be 5-6 days a week, days off may not be on weekends.

Sales Executive Training is a comprehensive program that provides trainees with intensive exposure to sales functions to accelerate your careers and prepare you to become experts in the future. You will be trained to approach potential leads and current Members, as well as to identify their dreams and recommend Wall Street English products to fulfill their needs.
