The Role of the Creative Group Head

The Creative group Head reports to the CD and is responsible for creative leadership of Publicis Groupe, you will work alongside the CDs.  This role is a senior creative role and as such the creative vision and influence of the Creative Group Head will be felt across the entire group.  (As the agency moves toward a more integrated way of working, this influence may become more formalized depending upon the interest/skill set of the Creative Group Head.)

• Managing and supervising overall end-to-end eCommerce activities for clients effectively
• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies: The e-commerce manager will be responsible for developing and implementing e-commerce strategies along with the e-commerce lead that aligns with the client's overall business objectives. General Duties 

1. Manages and organizes a maintenance team whose mission is to ensure proper maintenance and repair  of the  landscape area.  This  is accomplished within  the scope of a budget and in conformity with well- defined management norms.

Preventive Maintenance 

1. Ensure to set up a preventive maintenance program covering all areas of the hotel. (Set up of a data base system).

3. Ensure that the plants are full listing is available and fully updated for a proper schedule of preventive maintenance.

Hotel safety and security 

1. In accordance with Indonesia laws and regulations, ensure safe usage of the fire, gas and electrical equipment and related items. 
2. Ensure regular fire drills are running in co-operation with the security department.

Kami mencari Business Manager (Team Leader) yang berpengalaman untuk memimpin dan mengawasi pekerjaan karyawan di perusahaan kami. Tugas utama adalah bertanggung jawab untuk memastikan efisiensi operasi bisnis serta menetapkan tujuan strategis kedepannya. Selain itu juga harus memiliki kompetensi memberikan bimbingan untuk peningkatan kinerja, dengan cara yang menggabungkan visi dan budaya perusahaan. Tujuannya adalah untuk memastikan profitabilitas kegiatan perusahaan kami untuk mendorong pembangunan berkelanjutan dan kesuksesan jangka panjang.

Tanggungjawab Kerja:

• Melakukan monitoring terhadap tim marketing/business partner dalam hal kinerja dan pencapaian target
• Melakukan market review dan menjalankan strategi untuk mencapai target yang ditetapkan
• Bertanggung jawab atas proses bisnis dalam hal SOP, baik secara administrasi maupun di lapangan.
• Bertanggung jawab atas portofolio cabang/point secara kualitas dan kuantitas
• Bertanggung jawab atas soliditas tim dan mampu me-manage konflik internal tim atas dasar peraturan perusahaan.

• Pendidikan terakhir minimum Diploma
• Memiliki pengalaman bertanggung jawab dalam memimpin tim min 2th
• Berpengalaman memimpin lebih dari 5-10 anggota tim
• Memiliki pengalaman min 2 tahun di Micro Finance sebagai Manager (Lembaga Keuangan Sistem Grameen diutamakan)
• Dapat menyusun strategi sales & marketing sebagai paduan tim untuk mencapai target
• Mempunyai motor dan SIM C
• Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh wilayah Ketapang
