General Purpose: The Event Manager coordinates the overall planning and execution of events that are scheduled in the hotel’s event spaces. ● Build and maintain strong relationships with live partners, acting as the key contact for all matters related to our services.
● Proactively work to increase disbursements for live partners, ensuring that they are fully utilizing our financial technology solutions.
● Continuously monitor and enhance partner satisfaction through prompt support and effective problem-solving, driving higher levels of loyalty.
● Conduct weekly check-ins with partners to provide them with product updates, performance reports, and address any challenges they face.
● Implement and distribute monthly updates and reports to all partners, highlighting their progress and identifying opportunities for growth.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on partner goals and develop strategies to meet their needs.

Job Summary :

• Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those as best solution to their needs
• Have extensive background in selling IT products, preferably to the corporate in various industry Government, Banking & Manufacturing 
• Provides management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests and potential for new products and services
• Must have demonstrated ability to build extensive pipeline
• Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers
• Ability to work in a team environment to resolve issues and meet client goals.

PERSYARATAN:

• Pendidikan minimum lulusan S1 Teknik & MIPA.

• Usia Maksimal 38 Tahun

• Berpengalaman kerja minimum 10 tahun di manufaktur, dengan 5 tahun

diantaranya menjabat sebagai manager produksi /ppic/quality.

• Menguasai proses produksi dengan baik

• Memiliki kemampuan manajemen dan leadership yang baik

• Memiliki loyalitas yang tinggi, Jujur dan berintegritas tinggi

• Kemampuan analisis tajam, komunikasi asertif & kepemimpinan baik Mampu

bekerja dibawah tekanan & berorientasi pada hasil Mampu bekerja secara

individual & team ,Detail analisis skill Gesit

• Berani ambil tanggung jawab untuk semua masalah-masalah yang muncul

di produksi dengan tidak menyalahkan bawahan karena tidak mengikuti instruksi

• Berani menerima tantangan untuk target-target produksi yang ditentukan

Top Management dan mengambil konsekuensi jika target target tidak tercapai

• Bisa membangun komunikasi antar departemen dengan baik

dan bisa membangun team, sehingga bawahan (SPV,Staff, Leader,

TANGGUNG JAWAB

• Memimpin segenap aspek operasional di Produksi untuk mencapai target

sebagaimana sudah dianggarkan dengan memanfaatkan semua sumber

daya (tenaga kerja, bahan baku, mesin & peralatan ) secara efisien dan efektif

• Memimpin aktivitas produksi secara efektif dan efisien untuk memenuhi target

dari segi jumlah, kualitas, dan waktu

Responsibilities

• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
• Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
• Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
• Work & communicate closely with HQ teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
• Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members
• Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
• Maintain & closely monitor product inventory
• Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
• Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in Stationery Product
• Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job

• Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
• Excellent written and verbal in English
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Bachelor degree is a must
