Youtap Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Software Release Manager to join our dynamic team. This critical role involves managing the software release process, ensuring that high-quality and compliant software products are released on schedule. The Software Release Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and operations, to coordinate releases and maintain the integrity of our software products.

Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Planning and coordinating software releases, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
2. Collaborating with product managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of release requirements and timelines.
3. Overseeing the build and deployment process, ensuring that all releases are executed smoothly and efficiently across all environments.
4. Monitoring and documenting the release process, establishing best practices for release management.
5. Identifying and mitigating risks associated with the release process, proactively addressing potential issues that may impact software delivery.
6. Communicating release schedules and updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams.
7. Implementing automation tools and practices to enhance the release process and improve efficiency.
8. Facilitating release retrospectives and team meetings to continuously improve the release process.
9. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant industry trends and advancements in release management methodologies.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in software release management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycles and release management processes.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and practices, including Scrum or Kanban.
• Proficiency with release management tools and technologies (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, GitLab).
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple release cycles simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and address issues proactively.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to achieving high-quality software releases.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements in the software industry is a plus.
