We are seeking an experienced Sr. Performance Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on performance marketing strategies to join our dynamic team. As a Sr. Performance Marketing Specialist you will be working with the B2C & marketing team and play a crucial role in digital marketing to make Igloo become the future of insurance.

Job Responsibilities 

• Develop and execute end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance metrics, identify trends, and generate actionable insights to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
• Manage budget allocation and optimize spending to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and analytics, to align strategies and initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Lead A/B testing and experimentation initiatives to optimize creative, messaging, and targeting strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with advertising platforms, vendors, and partners to explore new opportunities and enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders, including senior management, on campaign performance, key metrics, and strategic recommendations.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong expertise in PPC advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Tiktok Ads, etc.) and other relevant digital marketing channels.
• Proficiency in data analysis and experience working with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics and analytics toos).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on driving results and achieving business objectives.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
• Experience with A/B testing, experiment design, and optimization methodologies.
• Certifications in relevant platforms/tools (e.g Google Ads certification) is a plus.
• English spoken and written is a must.
• A self-starter with hands-on experience

Job Description

• Interfaces with Product Line Planning and other users to plan and prioritize civil purchasing-related activities.
• Reviews planned orders, manage requisitions for purchased items, create POs and manage approval process.
• Transmits and prioritizes approved purchase orders and supporting documents to suppliers.
• Tracks order acknowledgment, prepares and communicates shortage and backlog reports, and provides visibility of potential interruptions to internal customers.
• Tracks orders and confirms system lead times, delivery dates, and costs.
• Reviews, updates, and maintains purchase orders until they are closed.
• Ensures orders adhere to supplier agreements and contracts; reports non-conformances.
• Leads finance and logistics staff in resolving reception and invoice discrepancies.
• Liaise with other departments to establish and maintain effective and relevant activities and support in relation to the organization’s Traffic incoming, sales, planning & materials management, production and overall operating functions.

• Bachelor’s degree in any major
• Proficient in English
• At least 2 years of experience as a 5S Specialist
• Certified in General Occupational Health and Safety
• Knowledgeable in maintaining and developing manufacturing processes
• Proficient in computer operation
• Maximum age of 35 years old
