The Executive Sous Chef in serves a crucial role in ensuring exceptional culinary experiences in the hotel's food and beverage outlets. They oversee and manage the culinary operations of the F&B outlets. • Acquire new customer (Distributor, Retail, Modern Retail) on potential areas.
• Planning, tracking, and follow up sales order, customer forecasting, and planning of each individual account.
• Ensure timely payment of customer for deliveries and also follow up customer.
