In your role, you would:

• Be responsible for delivering analytics & insights services and conducting tactical client training for Guided Analytics & NIQ GFK CMI products and solutions such as Brand Health, segmentation, Usage & Attitudes, Customer Experience, Shopper and Qualitative research.
• Entrusted to deliver flawless research and analytics to our clients. 
• Be responsible for identifying opportunities through day-to-day engagements with our clients, handing off opportunities to Account Development to pursue 
• Have a strong working knowledge of the client's business priorities and the role we can play in supporting these goals
• Be a confident and capable crafter of compelling insights, deliver clear and actionable recommendations to our clients helping them grow their business.

Reporting to the General Manager you will be responsible for leading the culinary team. The Executive Chef will oversee the Culinary Division, plan and be responsible for food production and management of all food while taking ownership for the development and quality of the kitchen areas.   

 What you will be doing:

• Ensure consistency and highest quality in all culinary deliveries, maintaining the financial performance indicators in line with the budget.
• Actively participate in the strategic planning and ongoing development of the hotel, including revenue forecasting, ensuring the delivery of our environment commitments, overseeing the health, safety and security of our guests and our Heartist
• Develops and maintains active menus based on sales mix, demands, special promotions and product availability.
• Being the HACCP champion and ensuring all of our Heartist are following and compliance to HACCP guidelines

Position Overview:

• Ensuring all PR & digital planned activities to drive traffic to stores or retail and while being aligned with Marcomm KPI and goals.
• Be a strong partner to Brand Team in driving our offline and online business for e-retailers.
• Liaise with colleagues across multiple departments from sales to marketing to contribute ideas for improving brand's voice and online presence.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for PR & Digital initiatives and digital campaign management
• Responsible for planning and implementing PR campaigns in line with the marketing calendar and business goals.
• Regularly research and source partners/influencers, create relationships and maintain a database of online and offline contacts.
• Use search and insight tools to support campaigns.
• Plan and execute PR launch events or in-store events for KOL/ Media/ Consumers in order to create brand image and brand awareness.
• Plan, source, and evaluate content for multiple social media platforms.
• Work across internal teams to collaborate on creative ideas, online strategy, and PR opportunities.
• Work closely with Content Creator to build close knitted relationships with KOLS & press for online features or content videos.
• Manage social media account postings on social media.
• Giving full support, planning, managing, actively involve and attending marketing events.
• Maintain good relationship with media, KOL, and marketplace owner.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines.

• Min. bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications or any related
• Minimum 3 years managing digital campaigns and social media platforms.
• Having experience in beauty industry is preferred.
• Excellent PR and communication skill.
• Eager to learn, hardworking, fast learner.

The Executive Sous Chef in serves a crucial role in ensuring exceptional culinary experiences in the hotel's food and beverage outlets. They oversee and manage the culinary operations of the F&B outlets. The Executive Sous Chef works closely with the Executive Assistant Manager - Food & Beverage and collaborates with the F&B team to create innovative menus, maintain high culinary standards, and deliver memorable dining experiences. · Inspecting all incoming goods to ensure that quantity, quality, price and all the other specifications are adhered to.

· Prepare daily receiving report summaries and report on any variances immediately.

As a native Japanese speaker, you will play a key role in driving sales and revenue growth within our hospitality industry. Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager - Japanese, you will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts, establishing new relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to promote loyalty and retention.
• Prospect and identify new business opportunities and partnerships to increase revenue.
• Create and present proposals to clients that align with their needs and business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, revenue management, and operations to ensure effective sales strategies and tactics.
• Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to represent AYANA Hospitality and generate new business leads.

• Native level fluency in Japanese, both verbal and written.
