Tanggung Jawab: 

• Membina hubungan baik dengan konsumen.
• Menangani keluhan konsumen baik melalui email, telepon atau tatap muka.
• Melakukan penanganan dan monitoring dalam proses terkait pesanan unit, pengembalian uang, ataupun pertukaran unit dengan unit Agung Podomoro lainnya.
• Menyusun laporan harian, bulanan ataupun tahunan tentang kepuasan pelanggan secara keseluruhan.

• Pendidikan minimal Diploma III dari semua Program Studi.
• Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang Sales Eksekutif terutama menjual properti.

Tanggung Jawab :

• Mengolah data konsumen, melakukan presentasi dan closing penjualan.
• Menjaga hubungan yang baik terhadap konsumen dan terus aktif membangun database.
• Membantu pengaturan proses administrasi dokumen dari konsumen dengan Tim Sales Administrasi.

Solution/Delivery Architect will be responsible for the design and thought leadership throughout the full life cycle of a customer's journey. The individual will have the opportunity to be engaged from pre-sales activities focusing on the development of leads, initial scoping, high level solution designing, estimation and statement of work generation. Then within the delivery phase you will work closely with our delivery teams to bridge the gap between the high level solution design and low level solution design.  Supporting the delivery implementation, providing guidance and leadership. Besides the customer engagements you will look to use your experience and that of the large Solution team in assisting in the creation and design of our next generation of products and services, allowing you to develop truly impactful solutions which you will help to take to market working with internal teams and partners.

Job Requirements

• Pre Sales Activities: Work with the Sales, Client Partners and Consultants to support the development of leads, estimates, resource planning, ultimately resulting in the production of a statement of work for the customer. 
• Solution Design: Creation of the high and low level designs and architecting systems in a cloud native fashion on any of the 3 major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure). Provide review and quality assurance across the team’s output. 
• Collaborate with delivery: Work with the DevOps, Data Engineering and Application Development delivery teams to bridge the gap between the solution designs ensuring that delivery of the solutions are inline with the requirements of the customers. 
• Solution Development: Taking insight and feedback from Sales, Client Partners and industry to develop new solutions and products which will help benefit our customers. Then working with the engineering teams and in collaboration design and delivering these new solutions which can be taken to market. 
• Continuous Learning: Set aside the time to develop skills and knowledge to broaden your experience and understanding of the Cloud and Data space. Work to share this knowledge internally and externally through evangelism, utilizing different forums and mediums, 

1. Able to prepare complete financial reports in accordance with General Financial Accounting Standards (SAK) along with analysis and problem solving from the results of the analysis
2. Master the latest Tax Regulations
3. Prepare tax planning and SPT report
4. Experienced in dealing with financial audits from government regulators such as DJP, BI, OJK, etc
5. Master the logic of financial reporting systems/applications that are integrated between systems/applications/modules
6. Act as an active whistle blower / reporter for each Journal of unusual anomalous transaction activity

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop a risk-based annual internal audit plan for business areas as well as across operational, financial, compliance and risk management audits
• Ensure the adequacy of policies and procedures for managing and mitigating risks, the effectiveness of the implementation of policies and procedures, the quality of parameters applied to identify risks, and the effectiveness of the implementation of human resource management policies and procedures
• Ensure the effectiveness that the implementation of AML-CFT programs
• Ensure that internal audit activities are completed in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with standards established by industry best practices and the relevant risk and regulatory environment, and provide country management with assurance that local regulatory requirements as well as the expectations of the local regulators are fully met
• Communicate root causes of identified issues, associated risks, including recommendations for improvements in business processes, on the current and future business model and operating environment and ensure that actions plans are properly implemented by management
• Ensure that sufficient audit evidence and documentation is obtained to support audit findings
• Deliver high quality audit reports in a timely manner with audit issues focused on key risks, root causes, materiality, potential solutions and succinct messages
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify potential red flags and ensure that insights to emerging risk and controls are identified and managed
