Job Description:

• Do the Escrow balance vs auto-generate report daily Comparations/reconciliation
• Performing administrative controls, such as e-mailing related to obstacles found on a daily basis or support team related to daily activities that require coordination with other divisions (IT team or sales team)
• Daily reconcile/ weekly borrower insurance costs and check invoices related to borrower insurance
• Do a hard checking of the borrower notary fees reconciliation and coordination with the Finance team related to the borrower notary fees
• Prepare a reconciliation report for all transactions relating to monthly closing
• Acceleration escrow reconciliation on Bank accounts with Bank admins (coordinate interest calculation/penalties)

• Graduated in Accounting or Finance
• Has experience a minimum 2 years in reconciliation fields
• Strong in analytical and Ms. Excel
• Familiar with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)

Job Responsibility

1. GL Integrity
   • Review and check coding, expense report and payment requisition before proceeding with the payment.  Ensure cost center are correctly entered
   • Check data entry for all transaction to ensure data accuracy
   • Ensure that all transactions are complying with related finance policies and procedures
   • Review and monitoring over/under expenses due to monthly activity basis.
2. Accounts Payable
   • To ensure that 3 matching have been performed when the invoices are received and checked against the PO and Good Received
   • To ensure all transactions (such as: PORE, Reimbursement, Advance payment, Manual AP and Settlement) have been approved by related Dept. Head and also already invoicing by related vendors are recorded in system
   • Maintaining prepaid expense include monthly amortisation list
   • Maintaining remainder to faculty/unit if there are any prepaid expenses have expired or will be renewed and coordinate with finance coordinator to generate accrual for continuous prepaid that has no been PORE
   • To ensure prepaid expenses which are not yet due or not yet billed by related vendors but services/good have been received (routine expenses) are recorded in system
   • Matching invoices Travel Expense Settlement
3. Fixed Asset
   • Maintaining asset allocation from PORE
   • Maintaining complete information per asset for mass addition in fixed asset module
   • Maintaining depreciation fixed asset in monthly basis
4. Tax
   • Review and coding tax payment
   • Reconcile all Tax transactions
   • Prepare payment for all taxes and ensure all payment have proper approval
   • Prepare tax invoices to the distributors the latest 2 days after the commercial invoice.
   • Prepare all Tax reporting in accordance to the Tax Regulations
   • Maintain and update all New tax regulations to Finance Coordinator
   • Maintain(include reconciling) the following accounts:
     • Deferred asset/expense accounts
     • Prepaid tax WHT 22, 23, 26 and final
   • Prepare and lodge the monthly tax return (SPT Masa) to DGT
   • Do the recapitulation and send all the “bukti potong” and inform vendors to collect them.
   • Ensure that all overseas vendors have the COD & DGT1 which have been submitted to STSI
   • Arrange & maintaining administrative process & document include renewal with Tax Office
   • Filing SPT & wire transfer receipt all taxes
5. Internal Controls
   • Ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed
   • Ensure that every major Ledger accounts have detail listing which ties with the General ledger balance.
   • Ensure that all controls elements are in place for all major items in the GL and properly authorized such as:
   • Tax Reconciliation
   • AP & prepaid reconciliation
6. Reporting
   • Perform the detail sub ledger (such as: Detail Prepaid, Detail AP Trade, Fixed Asset mutation & register, Detail Outstanding Cash advance and Advance Payment, Detail Tax Payable) for monthly financial reports on a timely manner
   • Perform the monthly tax reports submission to HQ and Tax Office on a timely manner
   • Perform the monthly tax reconciliation reports for PPh 21 (include equalization), PPh 23, PPh 26, PPh 4(2) and VAT Offshore
   • Prepare Nominatif list for CITR purposes

• Join projects, design, implement, test, and release high-quality Generative AI features to satisfy demands.
• Follow the latest trend of NLP technologies especially LLM, Agents, RAG, Embeddings, and VectorDB and explore their applicability for business needs.
• Create technical documentation, and communicate clearly across the product team.

The Role

Reporting into HQ Strategic Finance, this role is based in Jakarta, where you will play a pivotal part in this Business Analyst, championing a data-driven approach in our decision-making through data analytics solutions, whilst driving the analysis and business planning to deliver value to stakeholders. Main Responsibilities

• Help define performance metrics, targets and ensure alignment across the company
• Design, build and maintain user-friendly dashboards for tracking OKRs
• Conduct performance reviews (e.g. weekly, monthly, quarterly) within the Strategic Finance team to evaluate business health,and ensure aligned and effective sharing of on-going business recommendations from the Strategic Finance team to management and business stakeholders
• Deep-dive to analyse large data sets (structured and unstructured), interpret patterns, highlight business opportunities areas of weaknesses
• Manage analytics projects from ideation to delivery involving multiple stakeholders 
• Be a data-champion for the Strategic Finance team, ensure alignment with Data team on metrics definitions and Data source of truth – responsible for data education and data foundation within the Strategic Finance team

Requirements & Experiences :

• Open to fresh graduates with internship experience, up to maximum 3-years of experience. 
• BA/BS or Master's degree with an emphasis on coursework of a quantitative nature (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business) or related study and 1-2 years commercial experience preferably in the consumer industry.
• Data Analytics :
• Experience with SQL and Python
• Experience with data visualisation tools, preferably Tableau and Metabase
• Experience with website tracking is a plus

8. Melakukan daily cycle count bersama team outsource

11. Membuat laporan harian inbound / outbound

The Role

You will be at the front seat in delivering the best service and experience to our customers through retail.  Responsible for end-to-end operational and customer excellence, people development, assortment, and financial profitability for a cluster of stores. Through an establishment of a positive culture, clear expectations and policy, and procedural implementation - the Area Supervisor is expected to have great grit in performance analysis and measurable action plan through collaboration between all stakeholders to develop operational efficiency and scalability. This role will be integral to the success of Love, Bonito especially as we continue to expand our retail reach in Indonesia over the next few years. Reporting directly to the Assistant Retail Manager, you will analyse, interpret, and report operational business results to ensure that the overall success of a cluster of stores is attained.

Main Responsibilities

Team Management & Leadership

• Together with the Assistant Retail Manager building a strong and high performing retail store team to achieve the desirable and targeted KPI and store metrics target, improve store and team productivity, and to ensure the profitability of all stores.
• Strategize manpower resource planning and management for all stores (including but not limited to oversee shift schedules, retail staff budgeting, monitor the performance of team productivity and efficiency, socialise employment SOPs, and implement disciplinary metrics) to achieve optimal staffing levels and build a high performing retail store team.
• Set standards and objectives for store teams to ensure the team provides seamless customer experience and operational process; inspire and enable the team to provide a top notch and LB service to all customers through training and mentoring with the Retail Trainer.

Retail Performance & Operational Excellence

• Responsible for the achievement of all stores' performance targets by monitoring daily/weekly/monthly/yearly performance, identifying the challenges in the floor, and providing insights and actionables initiatives to ensure all performance metrics achievements.
• Implement, monitor, and evaluate general store administration/operational aspects to ensure compliance with policies and procedures in Love, Bonito, and to increase store productivity and efficiency.
• Monitor retail store customer experience (including customers inquiries and complaints), facilitate escalated complaints and solutions findings, and develop strategies to enhance the customer experience to ensure retail store customer satisfactions.
• Collaborate closely with the Operations and Merchandising team to understand the customer type of Love, Bonito stores and allocate the right assortment to drive the overall performance of the store.
• Maintain attractive store conditions, by working closely with the Visual Merchandising team, to optimise layout and displays in-store; support brand and visual campaigns of new tacticals and launches, develop strategies to enhance future sales, and evaluate the performance.
• Collaborate closely with Assistant Retail Manager for the brainstorming and execution of campaigns, events, improvements, and store openings. 
• Responsible for retail marketing initiatives analysis, execution, and evaluation to improve overall performance metrics and gain awareness.
• Identify business opportunities and actively engage in anticipating business impact or roll out plans; provide input in developing effective and scalable solutions to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements & Experiences :

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the retail industry, preferably in fast fashion. 
• Minimum 2 years of experience in managing a retail team(s) - both front and back of house. 
• Minimum diploma degree in finance/communications/marketing/merchandising.
• Moderate knowledge in Visual Merchandising and able to implement a creative visual merchandising strategy to optimise layout, display-in-store is preferred
• Extremely customer-centric and genuinely enjoys serving and getting to know customers better.
