We’ve been experiencing hyper-growth the past year, becoming Indonesia's 7th Unicorn Startup and the first Investment Fintech Unicorn in South East Asia 2,5 years after Ajaib first launched. With the global financial technology market expected to grow gradually, we aim to make stock trading accessible for millennials through our mobile-first approach.  In 2022, we opened our new head office in the Indonesia Stock Exchange Building, and we’re just getting started!

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing relationships with influencers and content creators
• Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns
• Identify and research potential influencers and content creators

Reporting to the Director of Sales and Catering you will be responsible for responds and tracks all sales and conferences inquiries, and supports the Sales Managers with creating proposals, estimates, and contracts.

 What you will be doing:

• Under the direction of Sales Managers, creating proposals and estimates and preparing formal contracts based on individual client’s needs
• Managing and tracking incoming telephone, email, and online sales inquiries directing to the appropriate Sales Manager
•  Follow-up correspondence requests for both proposals and contracts
• Preparing a variety of weekly and monthly Sales reports
• Attending weekly Sales and Conferences meeting and communications meeting
• Provides administrative assistance as required to Sales Managers and Director of Sales and Catering

• Conducting research on new marketing & analytics technology trend and how it can be leveraged for the company purposes
• Analyze marketing business processes, identify improvement opportunities and translate it to business and system requirements
• Owning and driving the implementation of new marketing & analytics technology by liaising with related parties in the company
• Managed owned media marketing initiative in the company
• Perform data & product analysis to provide insight and actionable items to improve marketing & business performance

• Maintaining existing business and generate new business opportunities by actively contacting prospects, scheduling appointments, making sales presentations and closing new Employee Benefit accounts
• Develop prospecting strategies to increase opportunities for new business.
• Build and maintain account existing database, include client relationships and provide oversight to account activity.
• Look for opportunities to grow business from existing clients by offering other products of EB
• Manage renewal process with existing clients and ensure all internal procedures are compiled during the renewal process.
• Provide insurance consultancy services to the client and add value to clients
• Collab with EB team (claim, placement, finance, etc) in targeted accounts, ultimately accountable for success.
• Build value client oriented, manage client complaints, solve every problem may arise, do discussion with internal & external team
• Help to monitoring aftersales / servicing to all accounts internal & external

• Handle Product Masterfile and other integration related queries with clients and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate with BI and/or Product team to solve discrepancy on data reconciliation and make sure the data recorded in the system is up to date
• Drive analysis and insight on current products and support market research on targeted client
• Assist in product configuration based on business requirements, analyze changes and making sure the end-to-end results are per expectation
• Perform monthly invoice reconciliation for existing clients and partners
• Compile documentation such as correspondence and legal documentation to ensure projects are tracked properly
• Coordinate with the Claims and CS team to resolve problems/ blockers regarding claims/ queries from clients

• Responsible for end-to-end merchant acquisition pipeline starting from lead generation to commercial negotiations up to the launch of the partnership

NIQ seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Analyst with experience in Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Suite. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player with excellent database management and analysis. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a well-structured person, and articulative communication ability.

Responsibilities: 

• Monitor and track sales activities, such as customer interactions, leads, opportunities, and follow-up actions, using Microsoft Dynamics to ensure timely and effective customer engagement. 
• Utilize Power BI dashboard to support the sales team by accurately updating pipeline and revenue data reports for sales team consumption.
• Assist in preparing sales forecasts and performance reports, analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales team, Sales Development Representative team, Sales Support team, Marketing and Communication team, and product specialist team) to identify and provide ‘low hanging fruits’ area for sales prioritization. 
• Monitor and ensure smooth renewal process, both from timeline and pricing point of view. 
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales support processes and systems, making recommendations for enhancements and implementing approved changes.

Reporting to the Director od Sales & Marketing, the Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for the following tasks:

• MARKETING CAMPAIGNS
  • According to the marketing and communication plan and in tight relationships with the program team and the social media manager, conceive, plan, and execute marketing campaigns through the available channels and with relevant content.
  • Performance monitoring: evaluate each campaign, and recommend optimization according to defined KPIs (opening rate, click rate, engagement rate…)
  • Develop a marketing content strategy to generate lead, influence, and engagement on our platforms.

• WEBSITES OPTIMIZATION
  • Animate and optimize both the institutional Women’s Forum website and the Events websites (SEO and up to date content)
  • Animation of the Women’s Forum page on Publicis Intranet “Marcel” and follow up on the KPI

• ACTIVATION AND ANIMATION OF THE WOMEN’S FORUM COMMUNITY
  • Identify the different Women’s Forum communities and design bespoke animation plans to guarantee their engagement.
    • Briefing call, speakers’ management, logistics, communication elements)
    • Organize happenings both on and offline such as webinars, live talks, breakfast, after works…
• Daily management of the database and the CRM tools (Hubspot)

• Business Management : EBIT & P/L Management for the BU. Understand the mix of topline and margins for healthy business performance
