What you will be doing:

The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager provides support and assistance to the Food and Beverage Manager in overseeing and managing all aspects of the hotel's food and beverage operations. The Assistant Manager works closely with the F&B Manager to ensure the delivery of exceptional dining experiences, maintain high standards of service, and optimize revenue opportunities. They play a vital role in coordinating and supervising the various food and beverage outlets within the hotel, including restaurants, bars, and in-room dining.
