Position Purpose:             

• To oversee, develop and leverage the performance of brand in Indonesia market. Specifically, to focus on developing brand image and positioning, sales turnover as well as profitability.

Brand Marketing:

• Develop and implement product marketing plan in consistency by ensure all marketing collaterals online and offline, POSM, samples meant for the launches are well prepared and delivered accordingly for maximum impact and bring the

Job Requirement (Knowledge & Skill):

We are looking for QA-QC Manager based in Jabodetabek to develop & implement the QA QC guidelines to the supply chain to serve the needs of clients across APAC markets.

As a QA-QC Manager, you will be responsible for the strategy and implementation of quality assurance and quality control for Promotional Print and Packaging, Displays and signages, Temporary and Permanent Displays, Digital POSM, and marketing activation delivered by the supply chain in Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:

QA QC processes and compliances

• Develop QA strategy for preventing defects, avoiding failures to ensure reduction or elimination of failures in quality.

Description of Duties:

Plan function

• Responsible for data analysis, sales tracking, sales targets, and CEO’s KPIs
• Responsible for store planning and visual merchandising
• Prepare competition analysis to identify the best locations to place company brands
• Work closely with Sales & Marketing Team on expansion strategy
• To undertake all training mandatory and necessary training aligned with brand and business needs.
• To undertake an appraisal and personal development review annually and through self-development, continuously update and improve knowledge and competencies.
• Drive sales at all department store counters and channels
• Initiate and execute sales promotions in order to achieve sales targets
• Recruit, coach, supervise, and motivate retail staff with the objective of maintaining the level of productivity while sustaining the team's stability and morale.
• Promote a customer care approach within the retail business, investigating complaints or issues of poor customer care, both timely and efficiently
• Manage daily operations of counters and channels
• To monitor stock in each shop, ensuring there are adequate supplies.

Education & Experience:

• a Bachelor’s degree in business management, business administration, business studies, or in a similar field.
• Min. experience in retail sales and customer service for at least 5 years.

• At least Bachelor’s Degree from top local or overseas universities with preferred GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale. Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business field is an advantage. MBA degree and consulting experience is a plus.
• Passion in data-driven product development; have a biased instinct to be data-driven when making decisions.
• Preferably someone that has a product background, but if the person is excellent (driven, smart, has a high ownership), it’s pretty fine if they don’t have any product background.

We are looking for a Deputy Team Leader to support us on an upcoming project in Indonesia.

The Deputy -Team Leader shall ensure that the tasks are aligned and synchronized with the specific requirements agreed with the stakeholders. S/He should provide and coordinate Subject Matter Experts required and aligned with the dynamics needs of the projects. Moreover, the Deputy -Team Leader will be prepared to actively engage in coordinating with key stakeholders, if required by the Client.

YOUR MISSION

Retail Sales Development

• Drive sales performance for all stores/counters to reach the target set by the management.
• Manage healthy stock inventory at all counters.
• Compile monthly sales reports to management (commercial lines including new launches).
• Communicate competition’s marketing activity to management.

Management of Sales Forces

• Ensure that BCs follow the Dior art of selling and express Dior Brand values through customer service.
• Motivate, evaluate and retain a dynamic sales team and build team spirit.
• Improve BC productivity and ensure development of BCs through regular coaching sessions and counter visits.
• Co-operate with training team to ensure BCs attend the mandatory training courses.
• Initiate and execute local incentive programs.

Brand/ Image & Merchandising Execution

• Enhance Dior Brand Image through visual, merchandising, BC grooming and POS activities.
• Enforce strict and regular control of POS Merchandising, decoration and operating conditions up to PCD standards and following central guidelines.

Promotion/ Animation Management

• Supervise and execute the promotional activities formulated by Marketing department.
• Ensure preparation prior to the event/ animation and compile the feedback report after each event.
• Ensure sufficient manpower coverage at each event/ animation.

Retail Execution and Coordination

• Take ownership of any retail projects.
• Ensure counter teams’ consistent daily use of tools and operating standards.

Mystery Shoppers Survey

• Ensure close follow up on action plans in order to improve D.I.O.R indicators of assigned counters.
