Project Manager SAP Implementation

• Global SAP rollout approx. 1 year (migration from existing ERP to SAP 4HANA)

Forecast Budget and Other Business Support Responsibilities (Tax Planning)

• Assist Senior Director Finance to prepare annual budget and rolling forecast (advising on tax planning).

Stock Accounting (VAT IN, VAT OUT)

• Ensure suppliers’ invoices are recorded timely and correctly in SAP by the outsourced accounting service provider.
• Monitor the Goods-Receipts-Invoice-Receipt listing regularly and follow up to close this GRIV listing without delay.
• Review the Work-in-Progress listing monthly and work with SAP IT business owner in Germany and local process owners to identify errors in sale orders.
• Coordinate cycle count and provide guidance to operational process owners for an efficient year-end stock take.
• Review existing supply chain process and improve on the timeliness and efficiency between goods receipt and invoices postings the outsourced accounting service provider.

Shared Service Center

• Service level monitoring on external SSC Accenture especially regarding Tax accounting.
• Identify any existing “pain-points” in the current processes and provide solutions to overcome them.

Statutory Compliance Matters

• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, sales support to fulfil all statutory reporting obligations.

Ad-hoc Special Tasks/Projects

• Perform special assignments, initiatives, reporting and company projects by working in collaboration with the management / department heads / shared service center.

Your Profile / Qualifications

• Accounting graduate from a good university, having at least 10 years of solid accounting background in MNC environment.
• Must have very good working knowledge of SAP.
• Good understanding of IFRS accounting standards.
• Working experience in an MNC engineering or trading company preferred.
• Good organization skills due to the need to work in a relatively fast paced MNC environment.

Retail Sales Development

• Drive sales performance for all stores/counters to reach the target set by the management.

Description

The individual oversees financial operations, ensures compliance, drives efficiency, and supports strategic initiatives for Omron Indonesia business entities. This role encompasses various key responsibilities to safeguard and enhance the organization's financial health:

Responsibilities:
1. Financial Leadership and Operations:

• Lead the country's finance function, providing efficient services to multiple Omron Indonesia business entities.
• Manage cash flow, financial planning, treasury functions, finance operations, and tax.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and communicate value and risk issues to Management.
• Drive a culture of controllership, accountability, compliance, and integrity in financial practices.

2. Strategic Leadership:

• Provide strategic financial leadership and quantitative insights to Management.
• Drive operational excellence to enhance overall effectiveness and efficiency.

3. Change Management and Competency Enhancement:

• Drive transformative change within the finance function.
• Enhance competencies within the country's finance function.
• Support regional transformation projects.

4. Accounting:

• Ensure accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing of accounts.
• Manage Group Chart of Accounts (GCOA) and Local Chart of Accounts (LCOA).
• Analyze and approve month-end accruals and adjustments.
• Stay updated on US GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.

5. Financial Reporting:

• Review and manage financial entries in the HFM package files.
• Perform financial analysis on group reports and statements.
• Assist in adopting US GAAP in HFM package files.
• Standardize reporting processes for work efficiency.
• Prepare and finalize budgets and forecasts.

6. Tax, Legal, and Audit:

• Review and manage Corporate Income Tax, Transfer Pricing, and other tax requirements.
• Coordinate with tax authorities and consultants.
• Resolve audit issues and manage compliance requirements, including J-SOX audits.

7. Finance Business Partnering:

• Analyze cash flow, operating expenses, and business performance.
• Provide financial analysis for project initiatives.

8. Fixed Asset Management:

• Oversee the monitoring, recording, and reporting of assets.

9. Projects and Improvements:

• Identify and implement process efficiencies, improvements, and enhancements.
• Undertake and will actively embrace decision-making responsibilities primarily pertaining to matters within Accounting & Finance.

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent.
• Certified Public Accountant/Chartered Accountant or equivalent will be advantageous.
• Proficiency in JD Edwards financial systems, SAP, and Windows applications.
• Minimum of ten (10) years in senior Finance and Accounting roles.
• Demonstrated financial accounting, reporting, and technical expertise.
• Strong team leadership, people management, and project management skills.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and adept at challenging the status quo.
• Excellent communication skills, fluency in English and customer focus.

• Manage prospecting activity to meet and build relationships with prospective sales partners to grow sales. Acquisition and developing new merchants like promotion activities with principles and retail collaboration. 

• Handling promotional system in store, marketing program and sales analytics

As the main person in charge for all compliance activities and initiatives in Cermati Fintech Group, you will play a critical role in supporting new business development, new products, and ensuring business continuity by ensuring compliance to applicable laws and regulations. As the organization continues to grow, you will also be in charge of developing a solid and effective compliance team.
To succeed in this role, you will need both strong analytical minds and knowledge of the regulations in the fintech/financial industry, and show communication and influencing skills towards the regulators.

• Drive key projects related to new licensing with Bank Indonesia, OJK, Bappebti, or other applicable regulators
• Stay up-to-date with new and updates to current regulations, assess and interpret the impact on our business
• Liaise with different stakeholders to drive the necessary changes to comply with the law and regulations
• Develop and implement compliance monitoring program, including setting up systems to ensure compliance to Anti-Bribery & Corruption and AML-CFT (APU-PPT) regulations
• Actively develop professional network and influence within the applicable associations and regulators (AFPI, APPI, Apparindo, etc)
• Responsible to identify, prevent, and correct non-compliance with applicable laws and regulations within the company

• Manage the existing and determine the future pipeline of Brands within the assigned portfolio area, with the objective of achieving or exceeding our 5-year business growth plan.
• Create and implement brand strategies and direct campaigns to drive grower awareness, usage, and loyalty.
• Bring new technology to growers, aligned to their needs, and further strenghthen the leadership position of Syngenta in the Indonesia agriculture market.
• Guide and develop brand manager to be an expert in the overall aspect of brand management.

Accountabilities:

• Create brand plans to achieve growth and development of the portfolio.
• Manage end to end cross-functional activities and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of brand objectives.
• Strengthen the assigned portfolio with New Brands that provide needed innovation to growers.
• Develop A&P plans and co-ordinate implementation with the Campaign Team and creative agencies.
