ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

Sales Development

• Identify and build new and existing sales channels within Indonesia to grow the brand.
• Deliver sales objectives in retail sales, net sales and delivering targeted gross margin, ensuring long term sustainable growth.
• Steer profitability of the business for both trade accounts or brand owned boutiques.
• Partner and negotiate to drive strong support by partners to achieve business objectives.
• Maintain and develop collaborative relationships ensuring long term sustainable growth.
• Drive sales growth through educating and motivating beauty advisors/ cast members
• Navigate and drive solutions for complex situations.
• Effectively manage and drive retail KPIs like conversions, traffic, basket and etc to elevate performance of animations, stores and staff.
• Effectively manage and drive store animation or large-scale event through activation of field staff and working with marketing and education.
• Understanding opportunities within markets, work with regional team to develop business plans for new doors and to increase sales for existing via instore events, brand activation

Manage the Product, Channel, Retail & Stock Planning

• Drive the achievement of the retail and net sales budgets (sell-in & returns) based on accurate forecasting and planning.
• Support the net sales management through effective reporting and communication to the internal team and business control. • Manage and support the fulfilment need of trade and retail for ad-hoc transfers and delivery planning when necessary.
• Manages the day to day operations Digital Channel to ensure accuracy and sales planning. Support of the Sales Planning Process of Indonesia
• Participate in the definition of the sales planning (Forecasting rounds, retailer targets etc.)
• Manage the product allocation process in conjunction with Indonesia
• Manage and monitor the planning and ordering of products (newness, seasonal, animation activations and regulars) by the trade EDIs and retail team, in conjunction with marketing and sales
• Manage stock forecast and inbound shipments to Indonesia.

Sales & Trade Campaigns Support & Management

• Drive and manage the trade and retail animation process from sales, inventory planning, operations, and people planning), while engaging with effective incentive drivers to deliver results.
• Manage compliance in trade returns process and ensure the budget tracking and management.
• Analyze and manage inventory holdings for all channels at healthy level.
• Drive the people planning for retail team to ensure optimization and SOPs are observed.
• Manage the retail people and the team planning budget.
• Strategize and manage the payroll planning, tabulation and checks for retail payout.

• With a Degree in Business Management or equivalent

1. Graphic Design Tasks

• Assist in the development of graphic assets that can be adapted to ID Marketplaces, Paid Ads, Product Catalogs

Position Purpose:

You are your own leader, creating a compelling vision and communicating with style and charisma. You will be responsible for executing and achieving net sales targets in accordance to brands objectives and goals. Under your leadership, you build a team of high performance individuals to achieve and excel sales growth. As the Key Account Manager, you manage the sell in (net sales) and support brand related function of the business. The Key Account Manager is a point of contact and responsible for building / maintaining strong professional relationships with the Principal and Customers, handle distribution of the brand or set of brands within assigned outlets and ensuring visibility and delivering high quality customer service to the existing and potential clients. You will be the key person and a bridge between the brand and the retail team, also responsible for the collection of receivables and are the key source of information for movement of goods/brand and as one of the responsibilities is to bring back market feedback across both functions.

• Know at all time levels of sales versus LY versus Target for Brands-group (sell-in) and to share this during monthly sales and marketing Meeting.

• Analyze and discuss with Retail Ops Team on a monthly basis of stock inventory holding (days) and action plans to minimize it.
• Plan and Execute Pop Ups and Clearances with support from Retail Ops and Brand Teams.
• Together with Retail Ops team, to meet up with key retailers/buyers to review sell-in and sell-out on a quarterly basis.
• To propose action plans to Head of Sales and review quarterly sales and risk.

• Memproses pembayaran dan menangani transaksi keuangan dengan akurat.
• Mengatur dan memperbarui data tamu dalam sistem manajemen hotel.

Komunikasi dan Koordinasi:

• Berkomunikasi dengan departemen lain untuk memastikan kebutuhan tamu terpenuhi.
• Mengkoordinasikan dengan Housekeeping untuk memantau status kamar dan permintaan khusus.
• Menyampaikan informasi penting kepada tamu dan departemen terkait.

1. Penganggaran & Perencanaan

• Membantu Executive Housekeeper dalam menyusun anggaran Housekeeping tahunan dan menyampaikannya untuk disetujui oleh Manajer Hotel.
• Membantu dalam menyusun rekomendasi tahunan untuk kebutuhan FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) dan menyampaikannya kepada Manajer Hotel untuk persetujuan.
• Membantu dalam mempersiapkan dan memperbarui manual operasional departemen.
• Merencanakan, mengorganisir, dan mengawasi kebersihan, standar layanan, serta pemeliharaan di seluruh hotel, termasuk kamar tamu, area publik, area belakang rumah, linen, dan seragam.
• Memastikan bahwa anggaran operasional departemen dipatuhi secara ketat dan semua biaya dikendalikan dengan baik.

2. Operasional & Administrasi

• Memastikan semua karyawan melapor tepat waktu dan mengenakan seragam serta name badge yang benar setiap saat.
• Mengkoordinasikan dan memantau semua aktivitas Housekeeping untuk memastikan departemen berfungsi dengan lancar dan efisien.
• Mewakili Departemen Housekeeping dalam semua rapat Kepala Departemen.
• Bertanggung jawab atas pengendalian kunci departemen secara menyeluruh sesuai dengan kebijakan hotel.
• Mengimplementasikan dan mengelola semua aspek layanan pelayan dan pembersih kamar, linen, manajemen seragam, laundry, serta kamar tamu dan area publik, taman dan lansekap.
• Meninjau dan mengevaluasi semua peralatan dan perlengkapan Housekeeping secara berkala serta memberikan rekomendasi pembelian.
• Memeriksa kuota kamar setiap hari serta kamar VIP.
• Menyusun laporan yang sesuai untuk departemen terkait.
• Memastikan produktivitas dan efisiensi karyawan maksimum melalui pemantauan dan supervisi yang cermat.
• Memastikan bahwa semua karyawan memberikan layanan yang sopan dan profesional setiap saat.
• Mengawasi karyawan di dalam departemen, memastikan bahwa standar dan metode layanan yang benar dipertahankan.

3. Sumber Daya Manusia

• Membantu dalam pemilihan dan perekrutan staf Housekeeping sesuai dengan standar yang ditetapkan oleh hotel.
• Melakukan evaluasi staf secara berkala dan memberikan bimbingan untuk pengembangan profesional mereka serta persiapan untuk peluang kenaikan jabatan.
• Menetapkan dan mengimplementasikan program pelatihan untuk semua staf Housekeeping.
• Membangun tim karyawan yang efisien dengan mengambil minat aktif pada kesejahteraan, keselamatan, dan perkembangan mereka.
• Memastikan bahwa semua karyawan memahami dan mematuhi Aturan dan Regulasi Karyawan Hotel.
• Memastikan bahwa semua staf diperlakukan secara setara dan adil.

4. Komunikasi

• Bekerja sama dan berkomunikasi secara dekat dengan semua departemen untuk menjaga operasi harian yang profesional.
• Menghadiri atau memimpin briefing harian, rapat, rapat departemen, atau rapat lain yang mungkin diperlukan.
• Menjaga kontak dengan asosiasi perdagangan, organisasi profesional, dan kelompok Housekeeping lainnya.
• Mempertahankan kebijakan komunikasi “pintu terbuka” untuk semua staf Housekeeping.

5. Tanggung Jawab Lain

• Memastikan bahwa semua karyawan sepenuhnya memahami dan mematuhi kebijakan hotel terkait kebakaran, kebersihan, kesehatan, dan keselamatan.
• Menangani tugas dan tanggung jawab lain yang mungkin ditugaskan dari waktu ke waktu secara efisien dan efektif.

1. Bertanggung jawab atas kebersihan dan pemeliharaan semua kamar dan area yang ditugaskan.
2. Menerima kunci kamar dan instruksi dari Supervisor sebelum memulai kerja dan mengembalikan kunci setelah shift berakhir.
3. Memeriksa hunian kamar di bagiannya dan melaporkannya kepada Supervisor.
4. Menerima peralatan, perlengkapan pembersih, dan linen dari Floor Supervisor.
5. Memeriksa perlengkapan tamu dan kondisi kamar.
6. Melaporkan barang-barang yang hilang atau rusak di kamar atau area yang ditugaskan langsung kepada Supervisor.
7. Menyiapkan kereta Room Boy dengan perlengkapan sebelum membersihkan dan merapikan kamar setiap hari.
8. Melaporkan dan menyerahkan barang-barang yang ditemukan kepada Supervisor.
9. Membersihkan dan merapikan tempat tidur dengan prosedur berikut:
10. Menyalakan semua lampu untuk memeriksa bohlam.
11. Merapikan tempat tidur dan meletakkan menu pintu serta item selamat malam di tempat tidur.
12. Menutup tirai.
13. Mengisi ulang perlengkapan jika diperlukan.
14. Mengosongkan dan membersihkan asbak, tempat sampah, serta mengelap furnitur, mengganti, dan mengisi ulang air es di teko.
15. Membersihkan kamar mandi dan mengganti handuk serta perlengkapan lain jika diperlukan.
16. Memoles sepatu tamu jika diminta.
17. Memastikan bahwa area tamu di bagiannya telah dibersihkan dengan baik sebelum meninggalkan tempat kerja.
18. Melaporkan dan menyerahkan barang-barang yang ditemukan di kamar yang telah keluar atau di area lain di hotel kepada Supervisor.
19. Menyiapkan tempat tidur tambahan dan membantu tamu secara pribadi jika diminta.
20. Melaporkan kepada Supervisor jika ada orang mencurigakan di lantai.
21. Meneruskan rincian kamar tamu kepada Supervisor untuk shift berikutnya.
22. Menyelesaikan dan menyerahkan laporan tugas Room Boy serta penggunaan perlengkapan dan linen.
23. Memastikan jadwal mingguan untuk pekerjaan pembersihan khusus diselesaikan dengan benar.

Mini Bar:

1. Memeriksa tagihan kamar yang diperkirakan akan check-out dan menghindari penagihan tambahan jika memungkinkan.
2. Melaporkan kepada Housekeeping Supervisor sesegera mungkin jika tamu memiliki tagihan tambahan.
3. Mengganti barang yang dikonsumsi pada hari itu.
4. Menyiapkan permintaan penyimpanan makanan dan minuman untuk barang yang habis.
5. Menggunakan kartu bin untuk mempermudah kontrol barang yang dikonsumsi setiap hari.
6. Mencatat barang yang rusak atau tanggal kadaluwarsa dan melaporkannya kepada Executive Housekeeper.
7. Melakukan inventaris pada akhir setiap bulan.
8. Melaporkan kepada Engineering jika kulkas di kamar tidak berfungsi.
9. Membersihkan kulkas di kamar dan menghindari keluhan tamu.
10. Melaporkan kepada Floor Supervisor jika mini bar di kamar tidak terisi ulang.
