They will also support department heads in employee orientation, training, and development, as well as performance evaluation.

Additionally, the Assistant Director of Human Resources is responsible for maintaining employee records, legal documents, policies, and procedures. They will analyze the company's manpower requirements and make recommendations for selection and development activities to meet those needs.
