• Melakukan analisis kebutuhan pelatihan dan menetapkan tujuan serta sasaran program diklat

•Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.

•Manage the IT budget, optimize costs, and ensure efficient allocation of resources for IT projects and operations.

•Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to procure technology solutions, manage contracts, and align IT initiatives with business needs.

The Role

People are at the heart of everything we do. With our rapid expansion, it is becoming more important than ever that we do it right! As our People Intern, you will play an integral role in the building of our Love, Bonito team and family. You will work alongside the P&C team in creating a passionate and high performing team, in a culture of openness, learning, operational excellence, collaboration, honesty, and innovation.

Main Responsibilities :

• Support Employee Lifecycle (Onboarding, Offboarding, Confirmation, Disciplinary letters, etc.) 
• Updating and maintaining P-file records and managing internal HRMS.
• Assist with all employees claims and insurance matters (corporate and travel)
• Handling P&C related inquiries, concerns, or requests.

Requirements & Experiences:

• Proficient in English 
• Proficient in Google Suite [Spreadsheet is a must!]
• Open to university students of any seniority
• Candidates with a specialisation in Human Resource or related degree preferred
• Candidates with prior internships in People & Culture roles preferred
