Position Purpose:

The Assistant Brand Manager will be accountable to develop, plan and execute marketing, public relations, sales and promotional strategies within the brand’s guidelines to support and achieve the sales plan. Responsibilities

• Assist in managing relationships with influencers and content creators

Reporting to the Director of Sales and Catering you will be responsible for responds and tracks all sales and conferences inquiries, and supports the Sales Managers with creating proposals, estimates, and contracts.

 What you will be doing:

• Under the direction of Sales Managers, creating proposals and estimates and preparing formal contracts based on individual client’s needs
• Managing and tracking incoming telephone, email, and online sales inquiries directing to the appropriate Sales Manager
•  Follow-up correspondence requests for both proposals and contracts
• Preparing a variety of weekly and monthly Sales reports
• Attending weekly Sales and Conferences meeting and communications meeting
• Provides administrative assistance as required to Sales Managers and Director of Sales and Catering

1. Data Strategy Development:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for data collection and enrichment to enhance customer insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data strategy aligns with marketing, sales, and product goals.

2. Data Capture:

• Implement robust data capture mechanisms across various touchpoints (website, social media, events, etc.).
• Optimize data capture processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with data privacy regulations.

3. Data Cleansing:

• Oversee data hygiene practices to maintain a clean and accurate CRM database.
• Implement automated processes for data validation, deduplication, and enrichment.

4. Data Segmentation:

• Utilize advanced segmentation techniques to categorize customers based on behavior, demographics, and preferences.
• Develop targeted messaging strategies for different customer segments to enhance engagement and conversion.

5. Data Implementation into Communication:

• Work closely with marketing and communication teams to integrate CRM data into campaigns and customer interactions.
• Personalize communication channels (email, SMS, etc.) based on customer insights to improve relevance and effectiveness.

6. Technical Expertise:

• Possess a strong understanding of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and related technologies.
• Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to implement and optimize CRM systems and integrations.
• Provide technical guidance and support for data-related initiatives.

• Conducting research on new marketing & analytics technology trend and how it can be leveraged for the company purposes
• Analyze marketing business processes, identify improvement opportunities and translate it to business and system requirements
• Owning and driving the implementation of new marketing & analytics technology by liaising with related parties in the company
• Managed owned media marketing initiative in the company
• Perform data & product analysis to provide insight and actionable items to improve marketing & business performance

• Maintaining existing business and generate new business opportunities by actively contacting prospects, scheduling appointments, making sales presentations and closing new Employee Benefit accounts
• Develop prospecting strategies to increase opportunities for new business.
• Build and maintain account existing database, include client relationships and provide oversight to account activity.
• Look for opportunities to grow business from existing clients by offering other products of EB
• Manage renewal process with existing clients and ensure all internal procedures are compiled during the renewal process.
• Provide insurance consultancy services to the client and add value to clients
• Collab with EB team (claim, placement, finance, etc) in targeted accounts, ultimately accountable for success.
• Build value client oriented, manage client complaints, solve every problem may arise, do discussion with internal & external team
• Help to monitoring aftersales / servicing to all accounts internal & external

Knowledge and Experience

Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related filed

At least 3 years of experience in credit operations of similar size/style of hotel.

Proficient in PMS Opera and MS Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Presentable, well-groomed with leadership quality. 

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives

Design engaging and creative graphics for various digital and print materials, including but not limited to websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and presentations

Create visually appealing layouts, illustrations, and graphics that adhere to brand guidelines

Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop concepts for new projects

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and digital media

• Handle Product Masterfile and other integration related queries with clients and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate with BI and/or Product team to solve discrepancy on data reconciliation and make sure the data recorded in the system is up to date
• Drive analysis and insight on current products and support market research on targeted client
• Assist in product configuration based on business requirements, analyze changes and making sure the end-to-end results are per expectation
• Perform monthly invoice reconciliation for existing clients and partners
• Compile documentation such as correspondence and legal documentation to ensure projects are tracked properly
• Coordinate with the Claims and CS team to resolve problems/ blockers regarding claims/ queries from clients
• Report to Business Development Managers in providing support for proposal preparation among other key activities
• Liaise with the Business Development Managers in providing support

• Research, analyze, define product features and you create metrics to measure the impact of your product to the company
• Be the primary driver of your product's planning and execution
• Write the specs of new features and enhancements
• Come up with product road map and rally other people to join your cause to realize your product vision. You are expected to be able to prototype your vision to convince others if necessary.
• Work with engineers, designers, ops, sales, legal and even external partners to make things happen
