• Self motivated, good analytical skill, be able to conduct prompt decision making and take a quick solution.
• Applicants for this position should be Indonesian nationality and able to relocate/live in Bali.

• Membersihkan dan merawat kebersihan kamar tamu, area umum, studio yoga dan fasilitas lainnya sesuai dengan standar perusahaan.
• Mengganti linen dan peralatan kamar sesuai jadwal atau permintaan tamu.
• Memastikan persediaan perlengkapan kebersihan seperti sabun, shampoo, dan tisu tersedia dalam jumlah yang memadai.
• Melakukan pembersihan menyeluruh pada area umum seperti lobi, koridor, dan toilet umum.
• Mengelola dan membuang sampah dengan aman dan sesuai prosedur.

Tanggung Jawab Utama:

• Menerima dan mengarahkan tamu atau pengunjung yang datang ke kantor atau lokasi perusahaan.
• Menangani panggilan telepon masuk, pesan dan meneruskan ke bagian yang bersangkutan.
• Menyediakan informasi dasar kepada tamu mengenai perusahaan, produk, atau layanan.
• Menyusun dan mengatur jadwal pertemuan atau janji untuk staf atau tamu.
• Menangani surat-menyurat dan email yang masuk serta keluar.
• Memastikan ruang tunggu atau area resepsionis tetap bersih dan rapi.

Tanggung Jawab Utama:

• Mengelola administrasi harian kantor, termasuk pengelolaan dokumen, surat-menyurat, dan pengarsipan.
• Menyusun dan memelihara jadwal pertemuan, reservasi perjalanan
• Menangani komunikasi internal dan eksternal, seperti menerima dan meneruskan informasi, serta menyusun dan mengirim surat.
• Mengelola inventaris kantor dan melakukan pemesanan bahan atau perlengkapan kantor yang diperlukan.
• Memberikan dukungan administratif kepada departemen atau tim dalam proyek-proyek khusus atau kegiatan-kegiatan tertentu.
• Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap kebijakan dan prosedur perusahaan dalam kegiatan administratif.
