• Takes Turnover and Profit responsibility for defined sales territory through active development, maintenance & growth of existing and potential direct dealers
• Strong price and T&C realization within the defined corridors and framework, steered by RSM
• Optimization of profit & sales in terms of customer structure & product mix
• Systematic follow-up on visits and planning of next steps for the development of direct dealers

• Takes Turnover and Profit&Loss responsibility for an assigned sales area within a country in alignment with CBD & SCM-RA
• Leadership of Area Sales Manager (ASM) and (Business Development Manager (BDM) team where applicable) with ownership of resource and capacity allocation within assigned sales area
• Is an escalation point internally and externally for ASM team (and BDM team where applicable)
• Identification/acquisition of new dealers and development of existing customer portfolio within assigned sales area
• Ensure correct deployment of T&C and pricing within frameworks and ensure distribution penetration and listings growth
• Communicate and implement cross-BU marketing activities across assigned sales area
• Takes care of duties ASM (and BDM where applicable) +TSP

• Acquire new customer (Distributor, Retail, Modern Retail) on potential areas.
• Planning, tracking, and follow up sales order, customer forecasting, and planning of each individual account.
• Ensure timely payment of customer for deliveries and also follow up customer.
• Ensure achievement of user service level including customer complaint management and also the coordination with internal sales admin to support on time delivery to customer.
• Keep customer relation in a consistent customer visit plan in supporting the “push through” of marketing activities for sales info market.
• Handling customer complaint, and feedback in timely manner and disciplined manner.
• After sales support and concern in terms of warranty handling and product return due to errors.
• Working together with Sales Manager to assess the weighted and numeric distribution of product within the distribution channel.
• Work closely with product marketing team in developing the right product mix for the market and distribution to ensure consistent sales and market relevant product.
• Know how to developing business and able to set business plan in working area.
• Handling distributors (sell in and sell out), have capability to develop East Java market through distributor, retail and local MP.

• Manage the operations of all e-commerce platforms via respective enablers, for Bosch Home official stores including execution of promotions and campaigns, order fulfilment, customer experience, product listings and other operational activities
• Manage customers’ inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner i.e., via creating appropriate chat responses for enablers or other form of communication
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to manage ecommerce platform
• Work with sales administration/ operations to ensure smooth fulfilment process with excellent customer satisfaction 
• Serve as the lead contact with e-Commerce platforms
• Work with content teams of enablers and internal marketing team to setup product listings, shop-in-shop designs and ensure content are aligned with the brand’s marketing and sales promotion plans
• Plan and execute various online campaigns, activities, and promotions for all e-Commerce platforms.
• Monitor competitors, products, market pricing and customer feedback and recommend improvement
• Conduct post-campaign analysis and day-to-day campaign monitoring
• Support to generate reports for analysis and insights on promotion and campaign performances
• Analyze and identify trends across the online customer shopping journey, provide insights & recommendations to drive additional traffics, and thus promote the sales.
• Analyze online sales performance on a regular basis to ensure the achievement of monthly sales target.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to monitor and analyze competitors’ activations and promotions at online and offline channels.
• Management & training of e-Commerce enabler/ reseller in (content management, order fulfillment, customer service, campaign design marketing and e-Commerce maintenance).
